Our Tilt & Fold and Turn & Fold doors provide great indoor/ outdoor living spaces. The bifold system allows for the active sash to also have the tilt function. All sashes are double rebated and fitted with rubber seal to stop drafts and weather. This means that energy saved by double glazing is not lost through the frame. Folding/sliding doors are enjoying a massive rise in popularity. They create a seamless divide between internal and external living spaces.

The folding hardware is of extremely high and robust quality. As with our folding windows, there is an opportunity, in some configurations, for one of the leaves to have the benefit of the tilt mode for secure ventilation. Inward or outward opening doors can be produced, however doors must fold to the inside to allow the active sash to have the tilt function. Folding doors have all of the same advantages with regard to weather tightness, insulation and security as all of our other products.

As can be seen in the image below, openings up to 5.7 meters wide can be catered for with door combinations ranging from 2 leaves up to 7, with a weight capacity of 80 Kg. per sash.
